Job Overview:

Our Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers work on a variety of contracts across the UK, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality experience. We offer a competitive day rate guaranteed, with opportunities for bonus payments and additional benefits.

About the Role:

As a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Safely installing smart meters in customers' homes
  • Maintaining and removing existing smart meters
  • Responding to maintenance and emergency appointments

Requirements:

  • Hold current smart metering qualifications on CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or equivalent
  • Hold a current full UK driving licence
  • Have previous practical experience as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer of no less than 1 year
  • All offers of employment are subject to a DBS check

What We Offer:

  • A competitive day rate guaranteed: £200 per day, equivalent to £52,000 per annum
  • Attendance bonus: £150 per calendar month for no sickness, pro-rated for holiday
  • KPI bonus: £150 per calendar month for hitting 75% completion rate, pro-rated for holiday
  • Recommend a friend scheme of up to £500 per referral
  • Van, tools, and fuel supplied by Orion Electrotech
  • Call out and weekend work opportunities available
