We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a comprehensive training programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of residential valuation and property risk services
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of residential building pathology
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors to gain valuable insights and skills
  • Participate in a comprehensive training programme to achieve AssocRICS accreditation

Requirements

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
