About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Solicitor or Litigation Executive to join our thriving Road Traffic Accident department at SYN Solutions Ltd in Blackburn. As a key member of the team, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, providing expert advice and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims
  • Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and case analysis
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and opposing parties
  • Preparing cases for hearings, trials, and settlements
  • Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules

About You: A Qualified Solicitor or experienced Litigation Executive with expertise in RTA cases. Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively. Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and personal injury law. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client-care skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
