About the Job:
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that covers sourcing opportunities, appraising projects, planning, design, funding, construction, and sales.
  • Module Delivery: Teach students about the entire property development life cycle.
  • Guest Speakers: Invite industry experts to speak to students about their experiences.
  • Learning Management System: Implement a new Learning Management System to streamline course delivery.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A degree in relevant subjects within the built environment. Professional qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive real-life experience in property development, with a deep understanding of the entire development life cycle.
  • Teaching Excellence: A proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and curriculum development in higher education.
  • Commitment to Standards: A strong commitment to high standards of classroom practice.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: £60,000 per annum.
  • Base pay: £50,000 per annum.
  • Bonus: £10,000 per annum (paid quarterly).
  • Monday - Friday working hours (8:30am - 5:30pm).
  • Work from home optional on Thursdays.
  • Location: Mayfair.
