Project Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at MWH Treatment in Norfolk. As a key member of our Integrated Project Leader's team, you will be responsible for coordinating and producing deliverables on a number of schemes within our portfolio of work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and produce deliverables on multiple schemes within our portfolio of work.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Capital Delivery Process and produce a reference file for the team to refer to.
• Work with Document Control to ensure project files comply with document management requirements.
• Coordinate DM1 – DM6 deliverables and ensure final documentation is produced on time and to agreed standards.
• Liaise with the PDM to document and ensure visibility of outstanding deliverables and proof of deliverables are accessible to the wider team.
• Undertake key administrative tasks, including arranging and minuting meetings, keeping project trackers up to date, producing reports, and coordinating communications amongst the team.
• Identify areas for improvement and suggest initiatives to aid output and promote outperformance.
About the Role:
To succeed in this role, you will have previous administrative experience and an awareness of how this role can contribute to successful project delivery. You will possess strong interpersonal skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to learn and develop new skills. You will also utilise your strong IT skills to organise yourself and others to contribute to our overall success.
