Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at RAF Brize Norton. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to our armed forces personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food to the highest standard.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the FOH team to drive service excellence.
  • Monitor sanitation practices to ensure employees follow standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Experience in menu production and confident input.
  • Exposure to bulk cooking.

Package Details

  • Hours: per week.
  • Shifts: 5 out of 7 days, between 5am and 1am.
