Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our award-winning architectural practice in Romsey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold presentations and be an integral part of the team
  • Interpret client briefs and work within a wider technical team
  • Assist more junior members of the team and work on a mixture of residential and mixed-use projects
  • Prepare masterplans and produce drawings for submission, adhering to building regulations
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the UK, with experience working on residential projects
  • Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
  • The ability to work independently and as a team participant
  • Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2&3) & Nationally Described Space Standards
  • Live within a commutable distance of Romsey
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Sound technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of building regulations
  • Ability to work independently but also as a team participant
  • Desire to progress and attend CPD
