Service Advisor

The main purpose of a Vospers Service Advisor is to provide professional and courteous reception and service to customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction and promoting Vospers' core and brand values at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Produce warranty job cards in line with manufacturers' policy and procedures
  • Arrange efficient collection/delivery of customers' vehicles and courtesy cars
  • Ensure all cars loaned to customers are suitably insured by the customer
  • Ensure customers' service books are stamped as confirmation of service carried out
