Job Title: Business Analyst - Strategy, Planning and Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Counter Terrorism Policing. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of business strategies, plans, and performance metrics.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain business architecture artefacts to ensure alignment with strategic direction and core products.
  • Conduct research and analysis to assess problems and opportunities, making recommendations to improve and advance business operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain core business architecture artefacts, contributing to change initiatives and reviewing and assuring business design activity and outputs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide high-level skills to undertake review and assurance of business design activity and outputs, ensuring they are in tune with strategic requirements.

Requirements:
  • A good understanding of all levels of business analysis and design, including formal methodologies.
  • Proven experience developing business operating models and reviewing and enhancing business cases and detailed design documents.
  • Great stakeholder management skills and a good grasp of the CTP network.
