About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Transfer Pricing Consultant to join our team at BDO. As a key member of our Tax department, you will play a vital role in helping entrepreneurial businesses succeed and fuel the UK economy.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is client account management, where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients and assisting with the development of targets to ensure continued business growth. You will also provide assistance in implementing the growth strategy for the region, helping the team deepen and widen its capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client account management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets to ensure continued business growth.
  • Growth strategy implementation: Assist in implementing the growth strategy for the region, helping the team deepen and widen its capabilities.
  • Transfer pricing expertise: Provide expert advice on transfer pricing to clients, ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with other members of the Tax team to deliver wider business solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years full-time transfer pricing experience (candidates with less experience may be considered for an alternative Manager role).
  • A reasonable understanding of other areas of tax and how they interact with transfer pricing.
  • Experience of dealing with client senior management and key stakeholders.
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent (alternatively experienced hires with >10 years experience in the field will also be considered).
