Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and investigating discrepancies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory levels and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Knowledge of ERP/stock control systems and basic goods in and supply chain procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
