Job Description:

  • Provide skilled clinical support to patients, often in their own homes or community settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and carers to ensure person-centred care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Community/District nursing.

Essential Criteria:

  • RGN qualification/NMC registration with a valid live PIN.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-registration experience in the UK.
  • Strong understanding of Community/District nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
