About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team in the UK&I region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans to drive brand awareness and demand in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement multi-touch campaigns into verticals and strategic named accounts
  • Partner with the UK&I sales organisation to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
  • Work with pan-EMEA teams to ensure consistency and alignment across regions
  • Measure and report on campaign success, providing actionable insights for future improvements
  • Collaborate with internal parties and third-party vendors to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Responsible for procurement processes, auditing, and accountability for budget spend and management
  • Approximately 30% travel, mostly within the UK&I region but some within Europe or US
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Field Marketing role
  • Previous experience in the IT industry, preferably in fast-paced, fast-growth environments
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques
  • Working knowledge of SFDC and Marketo
  • Great relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively
