Academic Leader for Year 5 Students in a Diverse School Setting

We are seeking an experienced Academic Leader for our Year 5 students in a diverse school setting. As a dedicated educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and promoting academic and personal growth among your students.
**Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities**
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
• Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Year 5 students in a primary school setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
