We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Years Learning Assistant.

">About the Role

This term-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with children aged 4-11, contributing to their social, emotional, and academic development. As an Early Years Learning Assistant, you will work collaboratively with teachers to provide guidance on pastoral, social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters. You will also be responsible for supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to facilitate their learning.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teacher supervision to work with groups of children
  • Attend to children's personal needs, including minor first aid
  • Offer guidance on pastoral, social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters
  • Work with children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support their learning
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Experience working with children
  • Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
  • An enhanced child DBS
