We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Project Lead to support a number of exciting projects across the region, including works for the Ministry of Defence and the regulated water industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project delivery, collaborating with senior stakeholders to meet project standards and specifications.
- Manage financial aspects of projects, including reporting and commercial management.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer/client focus.
- Work with the PMO to deliver projects from start to finish.
- Optimize resource utilization by managing and liaising with project delivery staff.
- Produce regular reports on project status, including program, financials, contractual, and resource issues.
- Proven experience in project management or similar role.
- Working towards or holding a relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or Prince 2.
- CSCS Card (black) or relevant industry accreditation.
- SMSTS training.
- Knowledge of CDM2015 regulations, particularly the Principal Contractor role.
