Telesales Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Agent to join our team at Goodlord. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for selling tenants insurance through a mixture of sales and behavioural targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets, as well as activity and behavioural targets
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Develop and maintain a positive and resilient attitude throughout the day

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume outbound sales calls
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Positive and resilient attitude
