Job SummaryThis is a full-time, permanent position with a rotating three-shift pattern. As an Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining essential factory machinery to meet production goals.
- You will ensure all machinery and equipment are kept in optimal working order through preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for efficiency and quality enhancements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A mechanical apprenticeship and relevant certifications, such as City & Guilds, B Tech, or NVQ Level 2 or 3.
- Solid mechanical skills in areas like metal fabrication, welding, and machine maintenance.
- The ability to adapt to the rotating shift pattern.
