Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS SysAdmin Linux professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling escalated issues in the customer-facing environment, deploying software into QA and production environments, and self-directed projects in several areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot servers, network devices, and services on systems operational in EPS sites worldwide.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
  • Configure and manage virtual machines under the VMware environment and AWS, including overall design and security.
  • Monitor consistent throughput, completion, and troubleshooting backups, SAN replication, virtual machine replication, and operations within EPS's Cloud Infrastructure.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
  • 4+ years' experience with Windows 2016 and 2019 servers.
  • Familiarity with cloud/virtualization platforms, especially AWS & VMWare.
  • Experience with Veeam or other enterprise-class backup software is a plus.
  • Industry certifications (MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are encouraged.
