p>TXM Recruit is partnering with a renowned organisation on a new project in the Twickenham area. The company is seeking experienced Multi traders to join a dynamic team working on a long-term social housing contract.Main Responsibilities
  1. Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Carry out responsive maintenance and void property maintenance.
  4. Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. NVQ trade qualification(s)
  2. Multi trade experience
  3. Full current driving licence
  4. A DBS check is required before commencement of the role.
