Job Description:

Are you a seasoned Systems Engineering professional looking to take on a leadership role? Do you have a passion for guiding large teams and driving innovation?

We are seeking a Chief Systems Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring our Systems Engineering capability is on track and aligned with our business objectives. As a key member of our engineering team, you will provide technical leadership and expertise to our engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical guidance and support to our engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality systems.
  2. Develop and implement Systems Engineering governance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across our projects.
  3. Collaborate with our engineering teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring our systems are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with our stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our Systems Engineering capability.


What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in Systems Engineering, with a strong understanding of governance processes and procedures.
  2. Excellent technical skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
