Job Summary

This role requires effective communication skills, the ability to follow care plans meticulously, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their overall quality of life.
  • Maintenance of a Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all equipment is used safely.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
