Job Title: Palliative Care Specialist Nurse
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Palliative Care Specialist Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead for Complex Symptom Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary palliative care team, you will play a vital role in assessing and managing complex symptom needs for patients across the trust. Your expertise will enable us to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the evolving needs of our community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with post-registration experience in a variety of settings
- Signedificant experience at Band 5 in specialist palliative care or caring for palliative care patients in a community or hospital setting.
- Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver objectives within a given timeframe.
