About the Role:

This Senior Planner position is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven individual who is passionate about project management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining project schedules, including top-level and lower-level schedules, and Integrated Project Team (IPT) schedules
  • Analysing project costs versus project forward load, in conjunction with resource tracking and management on behalf of the Project Manager
  • Tracking payment milestones, risks, and changes
  • Providing consolidated project reports to senior management on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Developing and maintaining standardized templates for schedules and project reporting
  • Supporting project administration tasks for the Project Manager and project team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working in project management, including scheduling, logic checking, Earned Value, and Risk Management
  • Knowledge of planning best practices, such as logic linking/dependencies, resource scheduling, and critical path analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Project Professional and Primavera P6 Professional
