About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team at Clyde & Co. As a key member of our Personal Injury Litigation department, you will play a critical role in managing a caseload of pre-lit and litigated Fast Track and Multi-Track Disease claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex Disease claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Draft and review Court documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
- Collaborate with Counsel and experts to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Conduct thorough assessments of liability and quantum, providing clear and concise advice to clients.
- Negotiate settlements and make offers, as necessary, to achieve the best possible results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Personal Injury Litigation, with a focus on Disease claims.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
