Job Description

At Encore, we are seeking a skilled Technical Event Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Event Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering world-class events and experiences for our clients.

We estimate that the salary for this role is around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and execute technical aspects of events from setup to breakdown.
  • Operate and maintain audio-visual equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Utilize floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the Service and Hospitality industry or equivalent in an educational environment.
  • Previous experience in audio visual operations or equivalent technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
