We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Room Leader to join our management team at Penge East Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting high standards of quality within the nursery, supporting and supervising playroom staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures. They will also be responsible for ensuring that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

As a Room Leader, you will provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child and promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers. You will also develop open and positive working relationships with staff and ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
