We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Portsmouth.

The role is based at our office, with opportunities for hybrid working.

As a Sales Growth Manager, you will work as part of a small, dedicated team and be responsible for searching, developing, and maintaining new key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving sustained, profitable growth and a proven track record in sales roles.

You will create, develop, and maintain a sales pipeline which will deliver sustainable, profitable growth, and manage the order through to completion.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of machining techniques, preferably from a CNC machining background.

The company offers ongoing training opportunities, a highly collaborative work environment, competitive salary (£60,000 - £70,000), increasing holidays with years of service, and other benefits.

The role involves tasks such as prospecting & business development activities, arranging and attending on-site client meetings, estimating and quoting work from technical CAD data, closing/winning deals, and account management activity.
