Job Description
As an Education Worker, you will be responsible for delivering our education programme to young people aged 7-18. This will involve running workshops, providing pastoral care, and motivating and building the confidence of our students.
You will work as part of a centre team, delivering the programme together with your colleagues. No two days will be the same, and you will have the opportunity to work with different age groups and on various projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with young people and adults alike.
You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organisational and time management skills.
A degree in a relevant subject area is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your passion for education and your ability to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a range of training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your career.
You will also have the chance to work with a talented and dedicated team, who share your passion for education and making a difference in the lives of young people.
What Your Day Could Look Like
No two days will be the same as an Education Worker. You might spend your morning running a workshop for sixth-form students, and your afternoon setting up the classroom for Primary Academic Support.
You may also have the opportunity to travel to corporate partners to run business simulation workshops, or lead groups of final year primary school students on campus visits.
As an Education Worker, you will always be delivering the programme as part of your centre team, which means that any delivery is always a team effort.
