Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our health and social care workshops, engaging, motivating, and upskilling learners.

Key tasks include:

  • Delivering workshops to learners, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Reminding learners of upcoming sessions and communicating effectively with them.
  • Managing learners who fail to attend sessions, ensuring their progress is not impacted.
  • Updating learner files with knowledge gained from workshops, ensuring accurate progress tracking.
  • Providing additional support to learners as needed, promoting their success.
  • Identifying and supporting learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
  • Participating in regular standardisation sessions with peers to share best practices and review course content.
  • Ensuring learner feedback results meet the required standard of 90% good or above.
  • Maintaining knowledge of work-based learning professional standards, the education workforce's code of practice, and company policies.
Essential Skills and Experience

We are seeking individuals with:

Essential:

  • Relevant training experience and qualification(s).
  • Experience working in an apprenticeship setting.
  • Occupational experience, knowledge, and technical competence in route delivery.
  • A full driving licence with use of own vehicle.

Desirable:

  • PGCE or relevant teacher/trainer qualification.
  • CAVA Unit: Classroom-based delivery.
  • Level 5 Practitioner Award.
  • TAQA qualification or equivalent.
  • Qualified or willing to work towards AON Level 2: Digital Literacy Level 2 and ESW Communication Level 2.
