Senior Speech and Language Therapist Role

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Speech and Language Therapist to work with adults who have communication and swallowing difficulties due to stroke.
The successful candidate will have a strong support network for both clinical work and wellbeing within a well-established and experienced team. They will also have regular clinical and managerial supervision, as well as opportunities to access internal and external training relevant to their role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide assessment, treatment, and advice to adults with communication and swallowing difficulties due to stroke in their own homes.
- Work closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants to provide a coordinated quality service.
**Requirements**
- BSc or equivalent qualification recognised by HCPC in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Postgraduate experience, including experience as a registered AHP to consolidate basic post-graduate skills and develop more specialist skills.
**Salary and Benefits**
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £44,688 - £69,303 per annum, depending on experience. They will also be entitled to an excellent benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
