About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at Hampden Hall Care Centre, providing high-quality meals for our residents.

As a Residential Chef, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold meals according to individual needs and preferences. You will also assist with planning seasonal menus, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook healthy meals for residents
  • Assist with menu planning and implementation
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience as a Chef in a similar setting
  • Certificate Level II in Food Safety and Hygiene
  • Knowledge of nutritional needs of older adults
  • Flexibility and ability to work well in a team

Location and Working Hours

This position is based at Hampden Hall Care Centre, located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The working hours are 40 hours per week, with shifts to be discussed at interview.
