Residential Homes Deputy Manager

Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Residential Homes Deputy Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery and operation of high-quality, cost-effective children's homes.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with vulnerable children and has experience of leading, inspiring, and motivating people in this type of setting. You will need to be a strong team player with great communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively.
The successful candidate will be based at our new residential provisions located in Ellesmere Port and Northwich. The homes will be a solo provision in Ellesmere Port that will support young people in short-term placements, and a four-bed provision in Northwich that will support young people in long-term placements.
