Chief Information Security Officer

Ki Insurance is seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to lead our cybersecurity efforts and ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with Ki's business objectives.
- Lead the cybersecurity team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and threats, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to develop a refined view of cyber risk and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cybersecurity partners and vendors to ensure the best-in-class security solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior cybersecurity leadership role within financial services, insurance, or a growth-stage technology business.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to execute strategic initiatives and drive results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks and threats.
