Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Sodexo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the food production process, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team and provide guidance and support to ensure seamless food production.
  • Develop and implement menu planning, ensuring compliance with client requirements and Sodexo standards.
  • Manage inventory, oversee meal presentation, and liaise with clients to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the FOH management team to drive service excellence and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they meet Sodexo's standards.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong knowledge of food production methods, allergens, and food safety protocols.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
