Job Description:

We seek a talented Patent Litigation Associate with 1-5 years PQE to join our Intellectual Property group, focusing on patent litigation within the technology and life sciences sectors. This role offers significant client exposure, early responsibility, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to our growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on contentious patent matters, providing strategic counsel that aligns with our clients' commercial objectives, including litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expertise across a spectrum of IP rights, including patents, copyright, trade secrets, and more.
  • Manage and advise on multi-jurisdictional patent disputes, devising litigation strategies for clients on a pan-European and global basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years PQE in a patent litigation team within private practice.
  • Strong background in patent disputes, particularly within the technology and life sciences sectors.
  • Must have English court experience.
