Warehouse Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and driven Warehouse Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Pick items using a voice-activated pick system, meeting or exceeding daily targets.
  • Operate a forklift (if required), ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to performance and productivity targets, driving continuous improvement.
  • Remain focused under pressure, working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
