About the Role

We are seeking a talented Commercial Trainee to join our team at BMS Performance in Colchester. As a Graduate Sales Trainee, you will play a vital role in helping us drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow sales and profit within an existing customer base
  • Manage relationships with mechanical and engineering contractors
  • Deal with existing accounts and build business relationships

In your first 6 months, you will learn extensively about our products and services, develop strong relationships with customers, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Your Journey:

As a Commercial Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive development journey that includes:

  • Learning the full sales process and developing your skills in industry-leading commercial and management training
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding your targets each week/month
  • Further developing a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain insights into potential next steps in your career

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
