About the RoleAs a Senior Applied Scientist, you will collaborate with talented scientists and software engineers to enable conversational assistant capabilities that support the use of external tools and sources of information. You will also develop novel reasoning capabilities to revolutionize the user experience for millions of Alexa customers.
Responsibilities- Design and develop machine learning models for business applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into conversational systems
- Develop and maintain large language models for conversational AI
- Contribute to the development of novel reasoning capabilities for conversational AI
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing
- PhD in engineering, technology, computer science, machine learning, robotics, operations research, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
- Experience in building machine learning models for business applications
- Experience in applied research
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or related language
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
