Enterprise IT Professional

Chapman Tate Associates is delighted to be recruiting for a skilled Enterprise IT Professional to join our team as a Modern Workplace Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to drive innovation and support digital transformation within a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the suite of Microsoft 365 solutions across the organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll drive end-to-end digital workplace solutions that enhance productivity, collaboration, and security.

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 technologies including Azure AD, SharePoint, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Provide expertise on Active Directory management, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
• Support the setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of Intune for device and application management.
• Design and maintain SharePoint environments to enable streamlined document management, collaboration, and intranet functionality.

• Proven experience in a Modern Workplace Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience across M365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Strong technical skills in M365 suite deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams setup and optimization.
