About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Marshall of Cambridge Holdings Limited as an Integrated Support Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing integrated support plans and conducting ILS analysis.

Job Description
  • To undertake ILS tasks in accordance with Def Stan 00-600 and customer specifications.
  • To identify problem areas of the design that would have a high cost and supportability impact on the product and recommend alternative solutions.
  • To undertake Reliability tasks in accordance with Def Stan 00-40 and customer specifications.
Requirements
  • An engineering degree or equivalent.
  • A full understanding of quality management and control systems.
  • Knowledge and use of ILS, reliability, and maintainability tools.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 27 days holiday increasing with service up to 30 days, pension contributions up to 9%, life assurance at 4x basic salary, and access to industry leading wellbeing resources and tools.
