Marketing Manager

MEMBERSHIP BESPOKE is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to identify new opportunities for member acquisition and develop campaigns to attract new members.
  • Lead the promotion of our products and services to current and potential new members through various digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to ensure marketing activity aligns with the communications schedule.
  • Develop and implement training and learning courses/content, including a podcast, to engage members.
  • Organize and grow the annual member awards programme, including nominations, judging, and the gala awards evening.
  • Work with the Professional Development function to promote events and training, including our flagship National Conference.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and brand guidelines as part of a team.
  • Assist with the promotion of our products and services through our new website, ensuring website content is up-to-date and used to promote membership benefits.

Requirements: Experience working in a trade association, membership body, professional body, regulatory body, not-for-profit, or similar organization. Strong marketing skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
