Job Title: Senior Psychology Graduate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Psychology Graduate to join our team of dedicated professionals at Ribbons & Reeves. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your skills and knowledge in a pastoral capacity, supporting young people with additional needs with their learning and mental health.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students, leveraging your expertise in psychology to foster genuine connections and promote academic success.
- Collaborate with Mental Health Support Professionals and Senior Teaching Staff to develop effective strategies for student well-being and growth.
- Participate in the school's Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program, acquiring valuable leadership and communication skills that can be applied in future roles.
- Contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Requirements:
- First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University
- Prior experience working with young people in a pastoral capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and other stakeholders.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: £475 - £550 per week (paid weekly via PAYE)
- Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm schedule
