Job Title: Apprentice Gas Engineer

Join our team at K&T Heating Services, a leading provider of heating services in the social housing sector across London & the South East. We are seeking an Apprentice Gas Engineer to join our team of 500 experienced professionals.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Gas Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs, fault finding, and completing annual servicing visits. You will also be expected to meet first-time fix targets, maintain high-quality standards, and focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Completing annual servicing visits and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Meeting first-time fix targets and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction and providing excellent service
  • Attending jobs on time and notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays
Requirements:
  • Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
  • Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base
