Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing deliveries, including checking and verifying inventory against delivery notes
  • Storing goods in a safe and secure manner, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Picking and delivering orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Interacting with customers at all levels, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Utilizing multiple IT systems to achieve targeted goals, including SAP

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems, including SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good attitude and strong work ethic
  • Confident and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role is an advantage

Working Hours:

This role will involve working a split shift pattern, including days and nights, with a minimum of 12 months' commitment.
