Job Title: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Speke

Salary: £23,500 per annum

Working Hours: Between 08:45 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Speke. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our warehouse, from stock management and order processing to coordinating deliveries and returns.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the warehouse team, maintaining accurate documentation, both digital and physical, and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and correctly filed.
  • Stock Control: You will be responsible for managing stock levels, processing stock orders, and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure that our stock is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Order Handling: You will process assembly orders with precision, preparing daily picking lists and ensuring customer orders are handled efficiently.
  • Returns Management: You will handle returns, ensuring that any returned goods are recorded accurately and processed in line with company policies.
  • Transport Coordination: You will coordinate transport, maintaining records of daily movements and liaising with couriers and transport providers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse admin or logistics support role is ideal.
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with different teams, customers, and external partners.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential in this fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills are required to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
