Hatfield Support Role: Empowering Individuals with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Mencap in Hatfield, as Support Workers. This role presents an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will work with a diverse group of people, each with their unique abilities and needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their life.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for supporting others
- Excels in communication skills and can build meaningful relationships
- Is flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Has a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
This role requires a driver. We offer contract options including full-time and part-time positions. Shift times vary but include days and waking nights, with opportunities for sleep-ins.
