This role will involve working closely with the existing forensic team, partners, and attorneys to deliver technical and consultancy services to legal teams and clients through technology and training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing eDisclosure projects, including litigation and arbitration matters, data subject access requests, regulatory, and corporate investigations. They will also be expected to deliver technical and consultancy services to legal teams and clients through technology and training, working through the various stages of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) with the application of relevant court rules and practice directions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of eDisclosure and litigation support, with experience in implementing technology-assisted reviews (TAR), email threading, and near-duplication functions on projects. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information in simple to understand language to clients and lawyers.
