Enterprise Applications Project Manager/Leader

Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the implementation of Oracle ERP and Enterprise Performance Management projects across the enterprise, with a focus on cloud-based solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business development and practice development for our Enterprise Applications practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage projects across the full life cycle of applications implementation, including planning, estimating, resource management, risk/issue management, stakeholder management, scope, profitability, contract management, and customer success.
  2. Lead teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
  3. Develop and implement best practice project implementation approaches and methods.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Oracle Cloud Applications to drive innovation and improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A professional project management qualification (such as PRINCE2 or PMP).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing multiple industry clients.
  3. 1+ years of experience managing Oracle Cloud Applications projects, with a thorough understanding and experience of the critical success factors for Cloud applications implementation.
  4. 5+ years of Project Management experience within an applications implementation environment, or a mixture of Project Management/ Oracle Applications Implementation experience.
  5. Strong Project Management experience with appropriate Project Management qualification and certification (eg PRINCE2 or PMP), including thorough knowledge of Oracle OUM.
  6. Evidence of Oracle Cloud Project Management experience across at least one full lifecycle implementation.
  7. Evidence of strong Applications Project Management experience across at least two full lifecycles, with corresponding success across all key areas of project delivery – eg customer success, budgets, timeline, scope, stakeholder management and quality.
  8. Evidence of appropriate Oracle vendor formal training and skills development.
  9. Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics and reports.
  10. Experience in migrations/deployments of Enterprise Application solutions to the cloud.
  11. Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
  12. Willingness and ability to travel up to 100%.
