We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Reward & Recognition. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our reward and recognition strategy across the British Heart Foundation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Reward & Payroll team, setting clear goals and objectives
- Develop strong relationships with business leaders on all matters related to reward
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of reward and payroll processes
- Ensure the reward strategy achieves attraction, engagement, and retention goals
- Oversee the delivery of all cyclical and ad-hoc reward projects
- Experience in a people leadership role
- A proven track record in creating and implementing reward strategies
- A strong understanding of payroll principles and legislation
- Up-to-date knowledge of reward and payroll legislation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
